Beacon Café @ Christ Church
The Beacon Café is situated on the ground floor within Christ Church, a beautifully modernised Victorian building in the Town Square in Woking. The church has at its heart a vibrant Christian community.

The café opened in 1991 and has built an excellent reputation in the centre of Woking, offering high-quality healthy seasonal food prepared on site by our chefs using fresh ingredients from local suppliers and only Fair Trade tea and coffee.

This quality service is now available to clients booking conferences and meetings at Christ Church. All our food is prepared on site, so we are able to offer a noticeably personal service, in particular, special dietary requirements for your delegates if required.

We can provide anything from a welcoming tea, coffee & cookies or pastries on arrival, to soup, canapés, sandwiches or salads for lunch, all of which are supplied directly to your meeting room at a time to suit you. We pride ourselves on having a special focus on the freshest seasonal products, which means that we can offer you menus that change throughout the year.

We will always try to accommodate any special requirements you may have for your function. All our menu options can be adjusted to meet your individual requiremements.

Our approach is to offer delicious yet simple food, with an emphasis on healthy, fresh seasonal ingredients and a high level of personal service, all at a reasonable price.

What's Included
All Conference Catering @ Christ Church menu options include china crockery, glasses, cutlery, napkins and a member of staff available if required to assist with any last-minute changes you may have. For your convenience, hot beverages and soup may be served in large disposable cups if required.

Although the conference centre is not a licensed premises, we will be happy to obtain a temporary licence and serve alcohol by special arrangement. There may be a small charge for glass usage.

All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate.

For occasions when you require your event to be staffed, please contact the manager to discuss your requirements.

In addition to one of our menus, it can be arranged, for instance, to include waiting staff, special seating plans or floral arrangements. For any queries, please contact us.
